All orders require a confirmation of the proforma invoice (PI) and receipt of the agreed deposit before production begins.
Production lead time varies by product and order quantity, typically 15–30 working days. Exact lead time will be confirmed in your order confirmation.
2. Shipping Method
We ship products worldwide via sea freight, air freight, or express courier, based on the order size and customer’s preference.
The shipping method and costs will be confirmed before shipment.
3. Delivery Time
Sea freight delivery typically takes 20–45 days, depending on the destination port.
Air freight and express delivery times vary by location, usually 3–10 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order volume, weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with the tracking number and relevant shipping documents.
You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect all packages immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage or discrepancies, please contact us within 7 working days with photos of the damage.
Claims for damage must be made within the specified period to be eligible for resolution.
